Capital approach for land development is proposed under an
"Operating Agreement" with a landowner. Under this
agreement, Killearn and the landowner become "Partners" in the
land development. An "Open Book" management style allows
Killearn to proceed with our competitive process throughout all phases
of the development. This allows us to utilize our extensive
knowledge in land planning, finances, real estate marketing and sales.
Killearn strives to reach the landowners desired goals in all aspects of
the development. We will work with your accounting professional to
develop an Estate and Tax Planning Strategy that suits your personal
goals. Our staff provides accurate and timely financial statements
to all Killearn Partners.

building structure, fixtures, equipment and landscaping while controlling
operating expenses, managing contract services and planning capital improvement.
