KILLEARN RECOGNIZED A NEED to help bring a land owner and a proven land developer together.  There are some landowners whose desire is not to sell their property.  They would like to preserve it in their family name, or provide ongoing income for their family.  With this in mind, Killearn Partners, Inc. was formed.

    Land development strategy and implementation is what Killearn Partners does everyday.  Killearn develops multi-use communities with homes, schools, parks, shopping and recreation facilities, all uniquely blended with office and industrial parks to provide a true sense of old-fashioned "neighborhood" where residents can work and play near home.

    Capital approach for land development is proposed under an "Operating Agreement" with a landowner.  Under this agreement, Killearn and the landowner become "Partners" in the land development.  An "Open Book" management style allows Killearn to proceed with our competitive process throughout all phases of the development.  This allows us to utilize our extensive knowledge in land planning, finances, real estate marketing and sales.

    Killearn strives to reach the landowners desired goals in all aspects of the development.  We will work with your accounting professional to develop an Estate and Tax Planning Strategy that suits your personal goals.  Our staff provides accurate and timely financial statements to all Killearn Partners.

    Killearn has worked with Engineers for over thirty years on creating innovative design concepts for successful mixed-use, master plan developments, including Eagle's Landing Country Club, Waterfall Country Club, Kingwood Resort, Killearn Estates Golf & Country Club, Killearn Lakes Plantation, and Golden Eagle Country Club.

    Killearn's partners include Champion Partners of Dallas, Charles Ackerman, W. B. Johnson, Chaseland Corporation and Burt Blackmon.

OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM  places its emphasis on Asset Preservation and Tenant Satisfaction.  Our responsiveness and personal attention is the key to maintaining tenant relationships.  Our services include the maintenance of the physical plant, building structure, fixtures, equipment and landscaping while controlling operating expenses, managing contract services and planning capital improvement.
